Successful sales is rarely easy – and as the scope of the portfolio on offer increases, so do the requirements for sales. This applies in particular to the sale of complex IT solutions!

It goes without saying that a convincing offer must fulfil the technical/functional requirements of the customer. However, this is rarely sufficient, as there are usually additional requirements from the customer regarding the operating model, commercial conditions and often also of a legal nature!

It is not easy not to lose the common thread here and to end up with a real win-win solution for the customer and your own company, and it simply requires the relevant practical experience!

Based on my experience from 25 years of successful IT solution sales, I offer appropriate coaching or training for the following key areas:

  • Sales training
  • Negotiation techniques
  • Legal basics (especially contract law)
  • Sales management

I tailor the focus and content of 1:n training or 1:1 coaching to your specific requirements. In the case of 1:n training, this also takes into account the duration of the training programme (usually from 1/2 to 2 days) and in the case of 1:1 coaching, the duration (1 or several months) and the intensity (e.g. 0.5 days per week).
